Before opening an eMitra Kendra, the applicant should have the following eligibility.




  • Be a permanent citizen of Rajasthan.

  • Have an age of 18 years or more.

  • Have a basic knowledge of computers.

  • Have passed secondary education.

  • Have a fixed operative place of business, from where he can operate and provide E-Mitra Services.
