Loan Amount Support:

• The scheme provides loans up to ₹10,00,00,000 for eligible enterprises.
• For trade based enterprises, the maximum loan limit is ₹1,00,00,000.
• Loans can be taken as composite loan, term loan, or working capital loan including cash credit limit.

Special Category Full Interest Reimbursement:

• Weaver Card holders can get 100% interest reimbursement for loans up to ₹1,00,000/-.
• Handicraft/Artisan Card holders can get 100% interest reimbursement for loans up to ₹3,00,000/-.

Interest Subsidy Benefit (Up to 5 Years):

Launched on 17th December, 2019, the scheme "Mukhya Mantri Laghu Udyog Protsahan Yojana" by the Commissioner Industries, Commerce, and CSR Department, Government of Rajasthan, aims to encourage enterprise setup through interest subsidy loans for individuals and institutions. It was started to support individuals and groups in setting up or expanding manufacturing, service, and trade-based enterprises.

• Individual applicants as well as institutional applicants (Self-Help Groups/ Societies/Partnership Firms/LLP Firms/ Companies).

• The place of establishment of the enterprise under the scheme will be Rajasthan State.
• The minimum age of the individual applicant shall be 18 years.

What is the objective of the "Mukhya Mantri Laghu Udyog Protsahan Yojana?

The scheme aims to provide interest subsidy based loans to encourage enterprise establishment and generate employment in Rajasthan.

Who implements this scheme?

The scheme is implemented by the Commissioner Industries, Commerce, and CSR Department, Government of Rajasthan.

Who can apply under this scheme?

The applicant can be an individual, Self Help Group, Society, Partnership Firm, LLP, or Company fulfilling eligibility conditions.

What is the minimum age requirement?

The applicant should be at least 18 years old to apply under the scheme.

What types of enterprises are covered?

The scheme supports manufacturing, service, and trade based enterprises.

What is the maximum loan limit?

The applicant can avail loans up to ₹10,00,00,000/-, while trade loans are limited to ₹1,00,00,000/-.

How long is the interest subsidy provided?

The interest subsidy benefit is provided for a maximum period of 5 years.



What interest subsidy is available for loans up to ₹25,00,000/-?

The applicant is eligible for an interest subsidy of 8% for loans up to ₹25,00,000.



Who can not apply under this scheme?

The following applicants are not eligible to apply under this scheme:

• The applicant should not belong to a family (Family includes husband, wife, and minor children) where any member has taken capital subsidy or interest subsidy under any Government of India or State Government scheme in the last 5 years.
• The applicant should not belong to a family where any member is a defaulter of any bank or financial institution.



What benefit is available for Weaver Card holders?

The Weaver Card holder applicant can receive 100% interest reimbursement on loans up to ₹1,00,000/-.

What benefit is available for Artisan Card holders?

The Handicraft or Artisan Card holder applicant can receive 100% interest reimbursement on loans up to ₹3,00,000/-.

Is an interview required for loan sanction?

The applicant does not need an interview for loans up to ₹10,00,000, but higher loan applications require Task Force Committee interview.



Registration Process:

Step 1: Visit the official portal of Rajasthan Single Sign On: https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the "Register here" tab.

Step 3: Select ‘Jan Aadhaar’ option for registration under the ‘Citizen’ tab.

Step 4: Complete the registration process by entering your Jan Aadhaar Number.

Step 5: After successful registration, you will receive a User ID (SSO ID) and Password. These credentials will allow you to check your application status and apply for scheme in the future.

Application Process:

Step 1: To apply under the scheme, revisit the official portal of Rajasthan Single Sign On: https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the "Login to RajSSO" tab.

Step 3: Enter your username (SSO ID), password, and Captcha, then click ‘Login’.

Step 4: Once logged in, update your profile.

Step 5: Click on "Citizen App", then click on "MLUPY " icon.

Step 6: Fill in the required information, and upload all necessary documents on the online portal.

Step 7: After entering the information and uploading the documents, make sure to submit/save your application form.

Exclusions

Ineligible activities:

• Manufacture and sale of meat, liquor and intoxicating products.
• Explosive substances.
• Transport vehicles with on-road value exceeding Rs. 10 lakh
• Non-recyclable polythene and environmentally harmful plastic products
• Products/activities banned from time to time by the Government of India/State Government.
• Agriculture and allied activities (including animal husbandry, poultry farming, fisheries)
• Mining, real estate activities.
• Educational institutions and coaching activities
• Activities conducted by non-profit organizations such as NGOs, trusts
