Launched on 20th August 2008, the scheme aims to provide financial assistance to Sahariya tribal families in case of the untimely death of the family head due to accident, illness, or other causes. It provides immediate financial support of ₹10,000 to the widow to reduce the financial burden on the family. The assistance is provided through the DBT mode.
