Details-
"राजस्थान इन्वेस्टमेंट प्रमोशन स्कीम (RIPS)" एक अम्ब्रेला स्कीम है जिसे राजस्थान के कमिश्नर इंडस्ट्रीज़, कॉमर्स और CSR डिपार्टमेंट ने शुरू किया है। इसका मकसद राजस्थान राज्य में रोज़गार के मौके पैदा करना और तेज़, टिकाऊ और संतुलित आर्थिक विकास को बढ़ावा देना है। 12 दिसंबर, 2019 से 26 मार्च, 2026 तक लागू, यह पहल योग्य मैन्युफैक्चरिंग और सर्विस सेक्टर की कंपनियों को फ़ायदे देती है।
इस स्कीम के हिस्से का मकसद योग्य कंपनियों और स्पेशल पर्पस व्हीकल्स को फ़ाइनेंशियल मदद देकर राज्य में लॉजिस्टिक इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के विकास को बढ़ावा देना है। यह मल्टी-मॉडल लॉजिस्टिक्स हब, लॉजिस्टिक पार्क और वेयरहाउस के लिए ब्याज़ सब्सिडी और कैपिटल सब्सिडी देती है, जो तय इन्वेस्टमेंट शर्तों पर निर्भर है।
Eligibility -
एंटरप्रेन्योर इस स्कीम के लिए अप्लाई करने के लिए एलिजिबल हैं।
Benefits-
1. Multi-Modal Logistics Hub (Investment equal to or above ₹50 crore):
- Interest Subsidy: 5% interest subsidy on term loan for investment in equipments, for 5 years, subject to a maximum of ₹1,00,00,000/- per year;
Or,
- Capital Subsidy: Capital subsidy equivalent to 20% of investment made for building common infrastructure, subject to a maximum of ₹4,00,00,000/-.
2. Logistic Park (Investment equal to or above ₹30 crore):
Or,
- Interest Subsidy: 5% interest subsidy on term loan for investment in equipments, for 5 years, subject to a maximum of ₹50,00,000/- per year;
- Capital Subsidy: Capital subsidy equivalent to 20% of investment made for building common infrastructure, subject to a maximum of ₹2,50,00,000/-.
3. Warehouse (Investment equal to or above ₹2 crore, capacity at least 3000 MT, accredited by Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority):
- Capital Subsidy (Land up to 2 acres): Capital subsidy equivalent to 20% of investment made in equipments, subject to a maximum of ₹2,00,000/-.
- Capital Subsidy (Land above 2 acres): Capital subsidy equivalent to 20% of investment made in equipments, subject to a maximum of ₹5,00,000/-.
Required Documents
Application for Claim of Interest Subsidy/ Capital Subsidy:
- Copy of the first bill of supply/ invoice/ tax invoice for proof of commencement of commercial production, if applicable.
- Copy of sanction letter of term loan issued by Bank/ Financial Institutions
- Copy of Project Report duly authenticated by the applicant.
- Chartered Accountant Certificate for Actual investment & Bank finance availed for Plant & Machinery and for Textile sector enterprise Chartered Accountant Certificate for Actual investment & Bank finance availed for Plant & Machinery as specified in the updated list of machinery under TUFS Scheme of Government of India. In case of expansion, Chartered Accountant certificate certifying details of existing investment and investment made in expansion.
- Detailed expenditure statement of Plant & Machinery indicating mode of payment.
- Project completion Certificate by Bank.
- In the case of imported plant & machinery, submit separate expenditure statement mentioning new plant & machinery and second hand plant & machinery, with copy of invoices and copy of Bill of entry.
- In the case of second hand Plant & Machinery, proof of the cost of the Plant and Machinery.
Note: Any financial transactions/expenditure statements submitted by the enterprise must be signed by the authorized signatory of the enterprise and certified by the chartered accountant.

- Investment for manufacturing tobacco, tobacco products and pan masala.
- Investment made in cow beef processing units.
- Investment made in retail/trading activities.
- Any activity which is prohibited by Central/State laws.
